Z\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch jde nap\u0159. o pr\u00e1ce JUDr. Renaty Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9, v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti \u0159editelka Odboru cestovn\u00edho ruchu Ministerstva pro m\u00edstn\u00ed rozvoj. O v\u00fdvoji cestovn\u00edho ruchu vydal \u0159adu uzn\u00e1van\u00fdch publikac\u00ed doc. PhDr. et JUDr. Jan \u0160temberk, Ph.D. z\u00a0Vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly obchodn\u00ed, ale k\u00a0pr\u00e1vn\u00edm aspekt\u016fm se vyjad\u0159uje jen omezen\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam maj\u00ed ale i publikace nepr\u00e1vn\u00edk\u016f, hlavn\u011b ekonom\u016f, a to zejm\u00e9na pokud jde o \u0161irok\u00e9 souvislosti mnoho let p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona o podpo\u0159e rozvoje cestovn\u00edho ruchu<\/strong>, kde je i \u0159ada knih nap\u0159. od ing. \u0160\u00e1rky Tittelbachov\u00e9, Ph.D., ing. Petra Studni\u010dky, Ph.D. nebo ing. Lucie Plz\u00e1kov\u00e9, Ph.D., kte\u0159\u00ed p\u016fsob\u00ed na Vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole hotelov\u00e9 v Praze. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce zasahuj\u00edc\u00ed do specifick\u00fdch pr\u00e1vn\u00edch aspekt\u016f cestovn\u00edho ruchu zpracoval tak\u00e9 nap\u0159. ing. Tak\u00e9 studoval historii, specializace mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed vztahy, na Filosofick\u00e9 fakult\u011b Univerzity Karlovy, kde absolvoval i rigor\u00f3zn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (titul PhDr.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Specializuje se na n\u011bkter\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky v\u00fdvoje ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy a mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch organizac\u00ed (nap\u0159. s\u00a0Janem Kukl\u00edkem kniha Nadn\u00e1rodn\u00ed integrace v\u00a0Evrop\u011b, 2007), zpracoval \u0159adu p\u0159ehled\u016f pr\u00e1vn\u011bhistorick\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu (nap\u0159. kniha Pr\u00e1vn\u011bhistorick\u00e1 bibliografie, 2005), <strong>jako jeden z\u00a0m\u00e1la \u010desk\u00fdch pr\u00e1vn\u00edk\u016f publikuje o pr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u00faprav\u011b cestovn\u00edho ruchu<\/strong> (nap\u0159. kniha Pr\u00e1vo a cestovn\u00ed ruch). P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm se v\u011bnuje v\u00fdvoji pr\u00e1vn\u00edho postaven\u00ed n\u00e1rodnostn\u00edch men\u0161in v\u00a0\u010desk\u00fdch zem\u00edch ve dvac\u00e1t\u00e9m stolet\u00ed (autor \u0159ady knih \u2013 nap\u0159.
